Ditch Plains Beach is truly a popular spot for surfers. On its 500 feet of ocean beach, even on a bad day the beach will see 50 or more surfers. On a good day, good luck finding room for yourself out in the wate.
A jetty at Ditch Plains helps to create stunning and consistent waves for beginners and more advanced longboarders to coast on. Beautiful cliffs rise above the beach at its western end at Rheinstein Park.
Restrooms, two concession trailers, outdoor showers and sand wheelchairs are available.
