Lining 200 feet of the Peconic Bay is where New Suffolk Beach finds its shores. Activities commonly enjoyed at the beach are fishing, jet and water skiing, motor boating and sailing, canoeing, and kayaking. However, the beach’s boat launch is available for use with a Southold town permit only. A picnic area equipped with grills is available, a playground is open for children, and lifeguards are on duty summer-long.
